FuzzyClockToday is a Today page plug-in that interprets the time on your Pocket PC at several levels of abstraction.
It renders 5:15 as "quarter after five." Afterwards things get a bit more abstract, with "21st century", "weekend" if its a Sunday, "end of April" for the end of April and so on.
