EventPlan was created as an alternative to the popular WedPlan series of products. EventPlan is a complete event planning / organizing tool for the professional planner/coordinator who does more than weddings. You can enter and track all the key information for each clients event and keep it together in one place.
Main features:
- Maintain the important event information, such as date, location, officiate, reception information, and host information.
- Track the number of days left before the event.
- Enter and maintain a complete guest list with key contact information including the RSVP information, notes, and gifts received.
- Import people from your PalmOS Address Book directly to the Palm version of EventPlan.
- Import contact information directly from MS Outlook 98 or later on the desktop program.
- Arrange the event party.
- Keep track of all vendors with contact information and detailed pricing and due dates.
- Keep a default list of vendors for use with each new client added.
- Maintain the event timeline with customizable default tasks.
- Add new tasks.
- Maintain an event budget using the budget worksheet on the Palm version.
- Set alarms on your Palm Datebook to remind you of important client dates, and for the exact event date.
- Beam / Share information with other EventPlan users!
- Print client-specific reports using the desktop program.
