It allows you to CUSTOMIZE, and Beam or Email your card directly from the Today Screen. This in addition to the feature packed Contactogo main application makes it a "must have" for all Pocket PCs.
Main features:
- It will automatically pull out your contact information that matches with the Owner Info you have set on the device, and display it in 3 different customized business card formats.
- It will allow you to Beam and Email your Business card from the Today Screen directly, or from the program screen.
- It will allow you to Customize your business card to contain less or more information before sending. No need to send entire contact information to casual acquaintances. Depending on the receipient, you can choose to send all information, or limited contact information.
- It will help you not to forget to email your contact information to a Hot lead. Using Contactogo, you can directly send the contact information as displayed in the business card to a mail receipient.
- If you interact with customers and have to share information about other key employees of the company with them, no problems. With a single tap you can see the cards of the other employees, select the card format, beam or email it.
- If you represent more than one company, using Contactogo, to can select your card from another company and when you do it, key contact information about other employees of the new company is automatically shown on the screen, and their business cards are available for customizing and beaming.
